工作经历: 

2005.07 - 至今,在中国科学院上海药物研究所从事药物新型制剂的开发工作。

2018.10 - 至今,中国科学院上海药物研究所烟台分所,特聘高级工程师。

 

工作业绩:

工作期间,主要从事抗肿瘤药物高端制剂的开发工作,承担并完成了10余个项目,已申报SFDA新药6项,获临床批件1项;申请专利34项,获得授权21项:参与发表论文

承担项目

1.完成了注射用多西他赛包合物的研发。通过包合技术和冻干工艺提高该药的水溶性         和稳定性,解决了市售普通注射剂易发生过敏反应的问题,提高了病人的顺应性。该项目已向SFDA申报,并已技术转让。

2.完成了注射用多西他赛的研发。在现有制剂基础上加以冻干处理,提高了药物的稳定性,大大延长了有效期,该项目已向SFDA申报。

3.完成了注射用多西他赛纳米粒的研发。利用脂质材料将多西他赛包裹制备成多西他赛纳米粒,通过纳米粒的被动靶向作用提高了药效,降低了毒性。通过冻干保护剂及冻干工艺的筛选和优化,攻克了纳米制剂冻干过程粒径增加、药物泄露的难题;通过冻干工艺解决了纳米制剂长期贮存稳定性差的问题;该项目已向SFDA申报,并已实现技术转让。

4.完成了注射用多西他赛脂质体的研发。利用脂质体制剂的优势将多西他赛包封于脂质双分子层,提高了药效,降低了毒性。采用乙醇注入法制备脂质体适应脂质体的工业化生产。

5.完成了多西他赛冻干乳剂的研发。本品是一种水包油纳米乳的冻干制剂,处方中不使用吐温80,消除了吐温80及糖皮质激素引起的不良反应,改善用药顺应性,并且采用冷冻干燥技术大大提高纳米乳的稳定性,延长有效期。该项目已向SFDA申报,并已实现技术转让。

6.完成了注射用前列地尔纳米粒的研发。将前列地尔包裹于脂质纳米粒中,大大提高了药物的稳定性,延长了有效期,与市售制剂相比,前列地尔纳米粒无刺激性和过敏反应,且给药剂量大大降低。该项目已向SFDA申报,并已实现技术转让。

7.完成了盐酸伊立替康复合脂质体的研发。利用两种磷脂材料制备成复合脂质体,提高了脂质体体内外稳定性,切向流超滤技术解决了该脂质体工业化生产的难题,与市售制剂比较,“优效性”极为显著,在耐药肿瘤和胰腺癌上的疗效提高6倍以上,毒副作用显著降低。该项目已向SFDA申报,已获临床批件,并已实现技术转让。

8.承担了SN38脂质体的开发工作。将脂难溶水难溶药物SN38包封于脂质体中,采用喷雾干燥结合高压均质、冷冻干燥技术制备而成。SN38脂质体能提高药物在血液中的稳定性,保持SN38的活性内酯环结构,通过脂质体的被动靶向作用,可以提高药效,降低毒性,有望填补SN38制剂的空白,为该药物的临床应用提供了可能。
